Warranty Information.

This warranty applies to only those programs produced by mediainsider

mediainsider warrants to the original purchaser that programs videos ebooks and other such products produced by mediainsider are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

If however the client isn't satisfied with a purchase, mediainsider will consider the issue on it's merits

if mediainsider agrees that the client was wronged in any way:

FREE REPLACEMENT of the product within 12 months of original purchase

mediainsider gets some info.
We check it out. You receive a replacement product if deemed necessary

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and all other obligations or liability on our part. We neither assume nor authorize, any other person to assume any other liability on our behalf in connection with the sale of our programs and products. This warranty shall not apply to the product purchased or any part thereof which has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse. We make no warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories, products or parts not supplied by mediainsider.
