Mark Aiston

Mark is the founder of mediainsider.

He began his career in radio in 1981. In 1984 he assumed the role of news sports host for ABC Television in Adelaide. In 1996 he took on the same role at Network Ten. mark has worked on numerous live events including the AFL, Sydney Olympics and the Sydney to Hobart Yacht race. Mark has also worked extensively on radio as a host and commentator and is an accomplished corporate host.

Mark has spent most of his media life working within television and radio newsrooms.

He is accutely aware of the most effective strategies businesses should take in order to gain positive free publicity through the media, and he's also aware of the key mistakes that businesses make when dealing with the media.

Ron Kandelaars

Ron has worked as a journalist in the South Australian media for 30 years in a variety of roles including state political correspondent and chief of staff for ABC TV news. Ron has also worked as a senior reporter in several commercial TV newsrooms in Adelaide, and as a public relations consultant. His current role as producer,writer and presenter with Channel 9's multi award winning tourism lifestyle program Postcards.

Ron has been operating his own media training and communications consultancy for the past twenty years. providing expert training and advice to a range of clients across all sectors of the community. Rons tertiary qualifications includes a Bachelor of Arts and Graduate Diploma of Education ( Adelaide University)
